PATENTS

Patents are valid 20 years from the date of filing and are paid annually, in advance.

The grace period is 6 months with a penalty fee of 50%.

Supplementary Protection Certificates can be obrtained and are valid up to five years.

A Power-of-Attorney is not required for payment of patent annuities.
